Karen has been involved in primary education for over 30 years. She has been a head teacher in two primary schools, the second of which achieved ‘Outstanding’ status in September 2019. Karen has gained considerable inspection skills, which have provided great insight into the expectations for primary schools. Most recently, she has left headship to support schools with their improvement work.
